Eliot has the ability to identify spies/intelligence agents/any member of any kind of military force/special forces/various organised crime groups (mob, mafia etc) from anywhere in the world based on (but not limited to): their haircuts, their stance, the way they walk, their fighting styles, their search patterns, and the way they dress. He can also identify ordinance e.g. helicopters from the way it sounds or recognise the military satellite intercept from its static. Obviously, the degree of specificity he can achieve requires the character to be from the same or similar enough Earth that countries/agencies are the same, but even without that he would be able to recognise and identify military-types and spies. Of course if, for whatever reason, you do not wish Eliot to be able to ID your character, please let me know here!
